Descriptif
As part of a major infrastructure project in Estonia, our group is strengthening its local HR team. This strategic project involves multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, with a significant number of international mobilities. To support our development and ensure full compliance with local HR requirements, we are recruiting an HR Officer, based in Tallinn.
Reporting to the HR Manager (not based in Estonia) and working closely with the project teams, your main responsibilities will include:
- HR Administration:
Manage employee files from onboarding to offboarding.
Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and all HR-related documents.
Monitor probation periods, absences, leaves, and administrative records.
Payroll & Compliance
Collect and prepare monthly payroll inputs for submission to the local payroll provider.
Ensure full compliance with Estonian labour law, social security, and tax obligations.
Support compliance on site: working time, safety requirements, mandatory registers.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
Support local recruitment campaigns (operators, technical profiles, administrative staff).
Organise onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration for local and international staff.
Assist with administrative aspects of international mobility (visa, accommodation, relocation).
- Daily HR Support:
Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers.
Produce regular HR reports for the local management and headquarters.
Contribute to HR development topics: training, internal communication, culture, and engagement.
Profil recherché
Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within an international or construction/industrial environment.
Knowledge of Estonian labour law.
Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, reliability, and autonomy.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English. Estonian and/or French would be an advantage.
